The laces that come with a new pair of dress shoes are usually the first thing to go. These french blue waxed cotton dress laces are thin and round, with a light wax finish that keeps the weave tight, sheds water and holds a knot all day.
The slim round profile is right for oxfords, derbies and dress boots with small eyelets. The wax gives a clean low sheen and stops the fuzzing you get with plain cotton, so they look sharp for longer.
