They are light enough to pack, so shoes keep their shape on the road as well as at home. Put them in while the shoes are still warm from wearing; rotate pairs so each gets a full day to dry.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Pick the size that matches your usual shoe size. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller tree for a gentle fit — a tree should hold the shape, not stretch the shoe. Stretchers are sized by shoe size too and adjust from there.
Resoles, heels, stretching, zippers and leather repairs are done in person at our counter at 6465 E Mockingbird Ln #375, Dallas, Mon – Sat 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM CT. Bring the pair in and we will take a look.
